HR Business Partner Associate

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Work together with the stakeholders in the Operations Department, both in Head Office and Club Operations.
• Initiate, implement and monitor HR processes and the execution of HR programs (Manpower plan, recruitment coordination, organization development and changes, people development plan, etc.)
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the other People functions to develop solutions, programs and initiatives.
• Understand manpower regulation related to day-to-day management of employees, and also manage the industrial relations issues, employee grievances and disciplines, mitigate employee dispute risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Together with the Industrial Relations department as needed/required.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Execute initiatives to promote Company culture behaviors and enhance employee engagement within the Club Operations.
• Provide initiatives and improvement for current and new HR/company’s policies, processes, and program.
• Work closely with the L & D department for people development program and implementation.
• Provide periodic reports/statistics on assigned tasks and projects within the scope of work.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Human Resources related.
• Having working experience in HR function for minimum 2 years, preferably but not limited to organization development, talent acquisition, learning and development, human resource business partner and industrial relations is a plus.
• Team player with solid communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or problem approaches.
• Quickly adapting to a new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures.
• Fluent in English will be preferable, both written and verbal.
• Organized and reliable, able to work independently.
• Able to use Ms. Excel / Google Sheets properly.
