The Fitness Consultant (Sales) in Balikpapan is responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining updated product knowledge, following administrative procedures, using marketing materials effectively, and providing excellent customer service to club members.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Maintain updated product knowledge including all benefits, facilities, and services offered by the club.
• Understand and comply with all administrative procedures.
• Use provided marketing materials and support as proactive and constructive sales tools.
• Maintain the highest level of professional behavior when dealing with prospects and members.
• Be an extension of the club's services by assisting and greeting members upon arrival and departure; ensuring they are satisfied with their membership.

• Willing to be placed throughout the Balikpapan area.
• Familiar with target work and sales.
• Previous experience working in a gym.
• Determined, motivated, ambitious, confident, and tireless in pursuing sales.
• Comfortable meeting other individuals.
• Good and consistent sales track record will be an additional advantage.
• Energetic and passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle.
