The Recruiter Staff position involves creating and implementing onboarding and training programs, assisting in performance management, and supporting management in disciplinary issues while fostering a positive relationship between employees and the company.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Create and implement Employee training programs.
• Assist in performance Management processes.
• Support the Management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Socialize corporate policies to all site employees to create a conducive industrial relationship between employees and the company.

คุณสมบัติ

• Proven experience as a Recruiter for minimum 1 year.
• Excellent organizing abilities.
• Keen attention to details.
• Excellent with Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of Human Capital principles and practices.
