Intikom integrates its in-house application software and product for video recording , named Stream (finance, property, payroll, etc) and IVR for voice recording. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate internal, external, and customer resources for effective project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans to manage resource allocation and monitor progress.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report project progress to management.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Manage risks and create comprehensive project documentation.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelors degree in Information Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager. Experience in Desktop Deployment projects is preferred.
• PMP/PMR Certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in effective communication and leading teams with strong leadership skills.
• Capable of negotiating well and managing time to ensure smooth project execution.
• Skilled in identifying risks, conducting project research, and managing budgets efficiently.
• Knowledgeable about the latest technologies and able to solve problems effectively.
• Able to collaborate with various parties and build positive relationships.
