The Inside Sales (Telesales) position involves developing a deep understanding of software products to effectively address customer inquiries and drive sales growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and showcase the value of our solutions.
• Research and identify potential leads, qualifying them to ensure alignment with our offerings.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of existing and potential customers, keeping track of interactions and progress.
• Greet customers warmly, establish rapport, and build trust throughout the sales process.
• Proactively follow up with customers to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Generate leads and referrals through strategic outreach and networking.
• Devise and implement a personalized marketing plan to attract potential customers and promote our software solutions effectively.
• Work diligently to achieve monthly sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
• Utilize exceptional oral communication and customer service best practices to engage and assist customers.

คุณสมบัติ

• 2 years of experience in outbound call centers or related sales positions, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Products and a keen interest in technology solutions and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate product features and benefits convincingly.
• Strong organizational abilities, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in phone and cold calling techniques, maximizing outreach efficiency.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Active listening skills and a natural ability to identify and address customer needs.
• Demonstrated sales prowess, employing persuasive techniques to close deals successfully.
