• 2 years of experience in outbound call centers or related sales positions, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Products and a keen interest in technology solutions and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate product features and benefits convincingly.
• Strong organizational abilities, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in phone and cold calling techniques, maximizing outreach efficiency.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Active listening skills and a natural ability to identify and address customer needs.
• Demonstrated sales prowess, employing persuasive techniques to close deals successfully.
