The Legal Administration Staff is responsible for managing legal documents, licenses, and administrative tasks related to legal agreements and contracts.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Checking, monitoring and filling documents, including monitoring expiration date of the legal document or permit.
• Maintain and handle renewal company’s general licenses.
• Support and processing company document specially relating to an agreement or legal contract.
• Manage the administration task related to the work.
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience as assistant/staff in Public Notary or Legal Administration staff for corporate Legal/Law or equivalent in the related field.
• Good Command in English.
• Good knowledge in legal affair, especially in permit including handle expatriate documents, government relation or contract matters.
• Familiar with company law, establishment, licensing process.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat (Graha Lestari Building)
