• Develop company Quality strategy
• Elaborate an annual program of projects with quarterly objectives and targets
• Provide research on new or improved methodologies and quality management tools
• Lead, direct, and develop a departmental team
• Responsible for onboarding program of departmental new hires
• Coaching, mentoring, guiding, supervising and training of team members
• Analyze business processes and job descriptions, identify issues related to quality
• Set up quality control methodologies, parameters and KPIs per position
• Develop a quality management program to ensure productivity and performance can be measured

• Proven experience in quality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
• Ability to develop and implement quality strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
