หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field investigations to collect data and information;
• Assess the data and information gathered from the field work to identify any possible fraud;
• Actively coordinate with the Claims Investigation Supervisor/Manager during the claim investigation process;
• Develop field investigation reports in a detailed and timely manner;
• Manage relationships with hospitals and authorities;
• Co-ordinate with employees in other departments of the company;
• Participate in the sharing of knowledge within the BIC department and the company;
• Provide advice and information on related concepts;
• Other ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisor;
คุณสมบัติ
Requirements:
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Minimum Bachelor Degree with any major
• Experience in hospitals and clinics and insurance claim investigating is more preferable
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working within deadlines
