The Brand Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing brand strategies, conducting market research, and managing marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning and consumer engagement.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
• Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights.
• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of brand activation initiatives.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities (ATL & BTL).
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
• Handle communication with TV media, agency, manage external communication channel.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
• Having min.3 years experiences as a Brand Supervisor in FMCG (food) industry.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Have a good project management and communication skills.
• Having capability in Adobe Illustrator / InDesign or other graphic design software can be point plus.
• Able to think strategically and good in executing projects.
• Ms.Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) are essential.
• Willing to travel frequently for activations (travel expected 30-50% of the time).
• Willing to work 6 working days.
