The Exim Staff position involves managing export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with laws, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate international trade.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Prepare and manage all necessary documents for export and import.
• Ensure all export-import document & activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, both domestic and international.
• Obtain and manage all required permits for exporting and importing goods.
• Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, including PPJKs, suppliers, shipping agents, and customs authorities. To ensure all parties are informed and comply with relevant regulations and procedures.
• Arrange and oversee the transportation of goods to and from international destinations, selecting efficient transportation methods and scheduling shipments.
• Supervise the loading and unloading processes to ensure the integrity and safety of goods.
• Monitor the status of shipments and provide regular updates to management on the progress of export and import activities.
• Negotiate with shipping agents and logistics providers to obtain the best rates and services.
คุณสมบัติ
• Able to work with a team and have good communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Have at least 1 year export import work experience.
• Graduate from college or university.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
