หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
Manage Data Wholesale Account:
• Responsible to achieve Sales Target (Revenue, Order, Pipeline)
• Manage Hyperscaler as customer
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solution dan price
• Provide and update sales account and planning for each customer
• Grow revenue through up-selling and cross-selling method
• Create all pipelines to be submitted to the system
• Tracking all pipelines from lead to cash
Business Operation
• Organize sales program to achieving Sales Target (Revenue, Order, Pipeline)
• Coordinate with related functions for all customer requirements.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for each customer.
• Maintain a database of existing and new customers.
• Contract administration.
• Intensive coordination and communication with related function and partner for to provide excellent customer experience.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1), preferable major study in Management, Computer, Telecommunication and other field sciences
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales & marketing area, with proven commercial track record.
• Good understanding of modern Telecommunication business preferably with some experience in network technology
• Deep understanding of the telecommunication and competitive landscape in Indonesia
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
