หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Distribute and monitor the agents assigned accounts
• Review Telemarketing activities including customer contacts, call attempt, duration.
• Team management, including motivating the agents
• Help the agents to solve problems
• Review the agents performance
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum 1 year experience as Telesales Team Leader for legal fintech company
• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field
• Able to work under pressure and target oriented
• Possess a valid AFPI Supervisory Certification
