• Analyze business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document software requirements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business units.
• Support project management activities as needed.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
• Minimal 2 years ++ As BA Insurance, Multifinance, Banking Industry (Mandatory).
• At least one year of experience in related fields (software requirements, analysis, etc.).
• Knowledge of software requirement elicitation.
• Having knowledge in UX and UI Design.
• Familiar with UI Design Tools (AdobeXD, Figma, etc.).
• Able to work in a team.
• Having knowledge of software technology.
• General business knowledge.
• Analytical Skill.
• Initiative, thorough, self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good Interpersonal relations.
