The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities in the production department. They will need to ensure compliance with quality standards, manage processes efficiently, and coordinate with other departments when necessary.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Plan and organize all process activities in the Production.
• Make decisions quickly and accurately if there is a product or process non-conformity.
• Ensure work processes in the production department are in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure the smooth running of all processes in the production and coordinate with related departments if there are problems that need to be discussed together.
• Implement an ISO-9001 quality management system.
• Maintain daily production reports.
• Comply with industrial safety regulations and the availability of the safety implements required.

คุณสมบัติ

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a production manager in the textile, chemical, or beverage industries.
• Have knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing management systems.
• Have good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Strong leadership with interpersonal skills.
• Have good problem-solving skills and be able to coach and mentor people.
• Innovative, self-motivated, with good communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Able to work under pressure
