The Graphic Design Staff position in Tangerang involves creating visually appealing graphics and layouts for various projects, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, and ensuring designs are on-brand and up-to-date with industry standards.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for Product Catalogue, Company Profile, Brand Identity, & other various projects such as flyers, posters, banners, logos, websites, digital ads, etc.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and design concepts.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools to continuously improve design output.
• Partner and direct third party for upcoming projects.

คุณสมบัติ

• Proven graphic designing experience 2-3 years with a strong portfolio.
• Must possess bachelor degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in creating visual content for both print and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of typography, color, and layout principles.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently when needed.
