The Service System Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the Dealer Management System (DMS) usage and processes, conducting training, and creating reports for effective service delivery.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Analyzing the DMS usage (service scope) and solving the issues.
• Analyzing the DMS process flow and functions to be more effective and efficient.
• Conduct training for dealer's manpower and internal team.
• Create report which will be user by the company and dealers.
• Responsibility regarding DMS service things and solving the issues.
• Effectively train the dealer's manpower on how to utilizing the DMS service.
• Actively analyzing the DMS service flow and functions in order to prevent the potential problem.
คุณสมบัติ
• Have minimum 5 years proven experience in Dealer Management System (service scope).
• Proficiency communicating in English, both written and verbally.
• Good understanding in dealer workshop operation.
• Tech savvy and familiar with the new technology/system.
