The Service Event Senior Specialist is responsible for planning and executing service marketing events to enhance service retention and loyalty, ensuring high-quality program delivery within budget.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Plan and Execute service marketing event
• Develop unique Service Event in accordance with Service Marketing Plan and Key Messages
• Develop service event to boost service retention and loyalty
• Work on the approved budget to result in a high-quality program
• Smooth Execution of Service Program Activity
• Liaise with relevant parties and lead the execution of Service Program

คุณสมบัติ

• Have minimum 5 years’ experience in related position in aftersales operation or equivalent from other automakers, preferably multinational company
• Good Analytical Skill
• Advance communication skill
