• Memanage dan memastikan kegiatan HR Operational, Recruitment & GA berjalan sesuai dengan SOP
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan seluruh department untuk memahami business process perusahaan dan juga kebutuhan tiap departemen yang berhubungan dengan human resource
• Melakukan koordinasi pengelolaan dan perencanaan strategic SDM (PA, Development, Budgeting & Cost Planning, serta mengelola kepersonaliaan
• Melakukan hubungan kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal perusahaan
คุณสมบัติ
• Pendidikan S1 segala jurusan (lebih diutamakan Psikologi atau Manajemen SDM)
• Berpengalaman di posisi yang sama min. 2 tahun di perusahaan Pertambangan/ Kontraktor pertambangan
• Memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan tentang HR Operation, Payroll, General Affairs, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Performance Appraisal
• Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh site PT HIllconjaya Sakti
