The Helpdesk position involves managing customer complaints related to Satellite Networking, monitoring networks, and troubleshooting VSAT Networking issues.
• Handle customer complaints for Satellite Networking
• Network Monitoring
• Handle troubleshooting for VSAT Networking
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Knowing telecommunication Satellite / VSAT and Networking
• Experienced handle Bank's networking
• Familiar with OS Windows server 2003 (or above)
• Willing to work in shift
• Willing to mobile to our customer (area Jabodetabek)
