The Domestic Sales Manager is responsible for monitoring sales and market data, developing customer relationships, and implementing strategies to drive business growth within a specific geographic region.

• Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region and produce reports that will assist management in formulating strategy and identifying areas in the market where business can be developed.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
• Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor standard materials to make presentations to decision makers and influencers within the customer organization; and ask relevant questions to gather information, to evaluate the customer's level of interest, and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation.
• Develop a personal network within the sales territory and represent the organization at trade shows and other events to identify sales opportunities, promote the organization, and enhance its reputation.
• Use personal expertise to identify the complex standard products and/or services offered by the organization that meet the customer's needs, together with quantities and product configurations. Present these to the customer with a clear rationale and at standard commercial terms, referring to senior colleagues where necessary to ask for concessions (e.g., price reduction) that gain the customer's agreement.
• Develop internal marketing plans and work collaboratively with other departments to improve internal relationships and build strong external customer relationships.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
• Manage ongoing relationships with identified customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input.

คุณสมบัติ

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the material industry.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, with specific experience in the steel industry being a plus.
• Advanced skills in a Customer-Focused Approach, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of export regulations and compliance procedures.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
