People Development Supervisor

The People Development Supervisor will be responsible for managing and ensuring the execution of strategies and programs to develop and maintain Front Liner's capabilities in order to support the overall business needs.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Translate company’s strategy that has been aligned to department’s strategy into target that should be achieved within People Development Department
• Setup Training Module, Curriculum (Soft Skill & Hard Skill) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Conduct Performance Review for Front Liner
• Provide Weekly and Quarterly Report for Front Liner Performance
• Provide Product Training and Technology Knowledge to Front Liner
• Provide training material for Front Liners & Soft Skill training material for Train the Trainer Program
• Conduct training and certify local trainers and Front Liners
• Developing & Maintaining Service Excellence for Front Liner (Conduct Mystery Shopper Program, Customer Satisfaction Survey, etc)
• Set goals and targets for Subordinates and provide guidance, evaluation, and feedback continuously
• Execute other tasks assigned by Superior
• Report the implementation of work based on needs
• Execute procedures and provisions of the company
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and program development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in MS Office applications
