Dear Me Beauty, a local Indonesian beauty brand, is hiring for a Sales Admin position at their office in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat. The role involves providing administrative support to the operation team, creating sales and purchase orders, handling document claim processes, working with the warehouse team, and maintaining an accurate sales database.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Provide administration support to operation team
• Create Sales Order and Purchase Order
• Handling document claim process
• Work closely with warehouse team to ensure delivery process and stock readiness
• Maintain sales database are accurate and up to date

คุณสมบัติ

• Min. 2 years of working experience as Sales Admin
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Suites)
• Accuracy in doing administrative tasks
• Excellent time management skills
• Great communication skill
• Willing to work from office at Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat
