The Talent Acquisition position is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, selection, on-boarding journey, and employee engagement to hire qualified candidates and build a strong employer brand.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Perform full cycle recruitment and selection process for Manager level and below to fulfill manpower request from hiring manager.
• Assist and monitor the usage of internal and external recruitment channels to ensure effectiveness.
• Coordinate with vendors for background checking, medical check-ups, and executive search in conjunction with recruitment process.
• Support on-boarding material and activities for new employees.
• Assist in employee events to support engagement activities.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly recruitment reporting preparation.
คุณสมบัติ
• Preferably graduate from Psychology, Management, or Business Administration.
• Experience with recruitment process.
• Ability to conduct different types of interview methods.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Digital savvy and familiar with social media usage.
