The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team, creating opportunities for new and existing clients, overseeing all sales activities, and preparing technical documents for bidding. They will also be required to troubleshoot technical issues, engage in strategic planning, and monitor market trends to ensure the company's strategic goals align with market demand.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Good knowledge in Compressed Air System or other similar products
• Manage Sales team including to do coaching and training on selling skills
• Create opportunities for new and existing clients and attend to negotiations
• Actively expand and maintain the clients base within Indonesia territory
• Overseeing all Sales Activies of the team
• Preparation of technical documents when bidding to prospoctive client
• Trouble shooting on technical issue if any
• Strategic Planning and manage process to achieve targetted goal with the team
• Always monitoring competitiveness and trends in the market to ensure that Company’s strategic has already fit to the demand in current economic situations
คุณสมบัติ
• Good in communication and presentation skill
• Hands on knowledge in Compressed Air System or other similar products
• Seasoned player in the market and fully understand selling process and market rules
• High mobility within cities across Indonesia
• At least Bachelor Degree or above from reputable Education Institution
