หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Perform quality control tests and inspections on vaping products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories, according to established procedures and specifications.
• Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, and specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify potential quality issues or deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure product quality and resolve quality-related issues.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control testing and inspection processes.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to vaping products and quality control.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Supporting supervisor to train and mentor other team members on quality control procedures, equipment operation, and best practices.
• Contribute to a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety protocols and good laboratory practices.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, industrial engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 yrs working experience with analytical techniques commonly used in quality control testing.
• Smoker / Vapers is a must.
• Proven experience in managing ISO, BPOM, Halal, and Documentation. Experience & contact in managing BPOM or Government Body is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on shift whenever required.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and quality control principles, including control charts, sampling plans, and data analysis.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and communicate test results and findings in English. Mandarin language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
