The Leader Marketing position in the Bandung branch is responsible for achieving company targets, developing marketing strategies, and managing the sales team to ensure effective operations and customer relations.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Achieve targets set by the company in relation to legal completions, Marketing Budget Spend, sales selling overhead
• Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models
• Design relevant marketing and sales strategy
• Make regular sales call or visiting for new potential account or existing account
• Well maintain the existing customer and potential customers by updating them any change or new service
• Making regular or irregular reports of the services in self-group
• Set up and Manage team, ensure the sales team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these, in terms of communication, training and development, and the organization of the department’s workload

คุณสมบัติ

• Having a bachelor degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Mandarin speaking is advantage
• Experience in Freight Forwarder & Shipping Line with minimum 3 years
• Experience of managing budgets/cost control, and planning, prioritizing and organizing work to meet targets
• Specialist knowledge of sales/marketing techniques, research and analysis
• Self –disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results
