The Training and Development Assistant Manager will be responsible for creating training programs, assessing development needs, and evaluating organizational performance to ensure training meets business needs.

• Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals
• Develop annual training programs and development needs assessment.
• Develop Training Analyzes training needs (HO and Operation)
• Training For Sales Division, Plan, Design and Deliver training program
• Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably have experience from fashion retail
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
