The Engineering Project Supervisor is responsible for managing project budgets, developing project scopes, making material estimates, and ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements while also performing maintenance and improvements for cost savings.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Arrange monthly and annual project budgets with managers
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant Estimation of material project ME & Civil
• Make material estimates for ME & Civil projects
• Responsible for escalation of project
• Perform maintenance and improvement of existing facilities in the company for cost savings
• Ensuring ongoing projects comply with cGMP requirements

คุณสมบัติ

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Refrigerant/Electro/Mechanic/Mechatronic
• Have 3 years of professional experience in the same field
• Preferably 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Understand sterile production facilities such as HVAC design, water system design for biology product facilities
• Familiar with Microsoft project
• Excellent skills in prioritizing, problem solving, organization, decision-making, time management and planning
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) including ability to persuasively communicate
• Have a strong leadership skills
• Have a strong sense of integrity and ethics
• Able to work independently (self-motivated) and within a complex team environment
• Willing to be stationed in East-Jakarta
