The Demand Planning Senior Staff is responsible for coordinating forecasting efforts with the marketing team and branches, managing shipments, and ensuring the availability of finished goods.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate with the marketing team and branches regarding forecasting.
• Review the forecasts provided by marketing against actual sales.
• Allocate and manage shipments to distributors and branches.
• Monitor the availability of finished goods in the warehouse, distributors, and branches to optimize DOI.
• Monitor finished goods' expiry dates in the warehouse, distributors, and branches.
• Coordinate with Business Development regarding the schedule for new product launches.
• Create PR (Purchase Request) and PO (Purchase Order) for imported finished goods and toll-out finished goods.
• Create SO (Sales Order) for finished goods.
• Plan the ordering of imported finished goods and toll-out finished goods according to the latest forecast.

คุณสมบัติ

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
• Have good English language skills.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Have a strong understanding of inventory and demand planning, be detail-oriented, and meticulous.
• Willing to be placed in East Jakarta.
