EPITERMA has grown rapidly since it established in 1987, we have proven track record of having participate in many mining project mainly overseas. We have experience for over 26 years in mining project and we are still focusing in developing our core of competency in mining project in order to be able to compete in Globalization market. Since 2009, Quality Management (ISO 9001:2008) and Health & Safety Management (OHSAS 18001:2007) were implemented to achieve this commitment. In 2012, we have certified by ASME for U and U2 stamp through Epiterma Mas Konstruksi (subsidiary company of Epiterma Mas Indonesia)
We are a Steel Fabrication and Site Construction company with work across Indonesia and other countries. Currently, we are looking for candidates who are willing to enhance their career to be stationed in our Site Project.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Stationed at Site Project (Zambia Country, Africa) and willing to work at Workshop (Cikarang, West Java) before go to Site
• Willing to work on site with long period of time
• Willing to Work under pressure
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Having good Negotiation and Communication Skill
• Good Knowledge in Labor Laws
• Having knowledge for handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
