The Head of Area - Palu is responsible for achieving sales targets and managing the distribution of frozen products in the designated area.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for achieving sales target and for distributing the frozen product in covering area
• Make a cooperation with the distributor team to increase the sales achievement in related area
• Ensures that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company’s sales system & processes; and follow ethical business practice
• Builds and grow relationships with channel partners (MT, GT, etc)
คุณสมบัติ
• Min. Bachelor Degree in any field
• 2+ years of experience at the same level (Spv) in Distribution/ FMCG company (Cold Chain / Frozen Products)
• Experienced in Frozen products will be a plus
• Have the ability to manage both internal & eksternal relationship
• Have a strong analythical thinking to identify issues for area improvement
• For Palu area
