The Performance Management position involves designing and improving the performance management system to align with organizational goals and ensuring effective performance review processes.

• Design and continuously improve the performance management system to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Verification of the conformity and accuracy of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) with standards or programs.
• Coordinate and manage the performance review cycles (quarterly, bi-annual, or annual reviews).
• Regularly review and refine the PMS to ensure it reflects the changing needs of the business and workforce.
• Work with managers across departments to ensure consistency in performance management practices.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on performance management.
• Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, goal setting methodologies (OKR, SMART goals), and employee development programs.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
