Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing distribution and product penetration in the market, organizing sales promotions, conducting sales events, analyzing the market and determining product development strategies, maintaining relationships with agents and sales agents, and assisting in improving the brand image of the products and company.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop distribution and product penetration in the market
• Organize sales promotions
• Conduct sales events
• Analyze the market and determine product development strategies
• Prepare visit analysis reports and identify areas for sales improvement
• Maintain good relationships with agents
• Maintain good relationships with sales agents to increase turnover
• Assist marketing in improving the Brand Image of products and the company

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience in distribution and retail products, preferably in FMCG/ Material Building
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive and good analytical skills
• Willing to travel for work
• Willing to be placed in various regions of Indonesia as needed by the company
• Willing to be placed in Batam
