The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing distribution and product penetration in the market, organizing sales promotions, conducting promotional events, analyzing the market and determining product development strategies, maintaining relationships with agents and sales agents, and assisting marketing in enhancing the brand image of the products and company.

• Develop distribution and product penetration in the market
• Organize sales promotions
• Conduct promotional events to support sales
• Analyze the market and determine follow-up actions for product development
• Prepare analysis reports on visits and areas for improvement to increase product sales
• Maintain good relationships with agents
• Maintain good relationships with sales agents to increase revenue
• Assist marketing in enhancing the Brand Image of products and the company
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution and retail products, preferably in the building materials sector
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive and good analytical skills
• Willing to travel for work
• Willing to be placed in various regions of Indonesia as needed by the company
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
