The position of Presdir's Personal Assistant/Korean Translator & Interpreter involves managing correspondence, providing translation and interpretation services, acting as a point of contact between stakeholders, and facilitating communication among different departments and teams.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
• Provide accurate and timely translation of documents, emails, and other written materials from [Korea] to [English] and [Indonesia] and vice versa.
• Provide interpretation support during meetings, conferences, and other interactions, facilitating effective communication between Korean and Indonesian speakers.
• Act as a point of contact between the President Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments and teams.
• Assist in the coordination of events and meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and action items.
คุณสมบัติ
• Have TOPIK II Level minimum Level 5.
• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Translation, Business Administration, or a related field preferably from a university in Korea.
• Native English speaker with fluency in [Korea], and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Translator/Interpreter, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Communication/Interpersonal Skills
