The Education Planner is responsible for developing and implementing education plans and materials that align with Coway Indonesia's policies, ensuring the effectiveness of educational programs and supporting the sales and service team.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop and create an Education Plan
• Create and develop an education plan and material to set up the standard competencies of their knowledge, skill, and attitude based on Coway Indonesia's policy
• Create an evaluation report of every Education Program
• Review education plans quarterly to ensure consistency with technical career education to comply with Coway's standard.
• Assist with educational planning for the sales and service team, to support a good culture so that they are comfortable and happy so they can sell our products.
• Perform necessary processes and procedures used to ensure that all program practices comply with Coway policy.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University
• Preferably have specialization in Training and Development
• Have experience being a Trainer for at least 3 years or above
• Good communication in English will be an advantage
• Outgoing and attractive person, able to motivate others
• Have the ability to use MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Budget management experience.
• Experienced and aware of training and education events to upgrade skill organization in a fun & joyful way.
• Experienced in creating digital content (such as Word/PDF documents, web, and learning management system content as appropriate to the role) in accessible formats.
