Based on our internationally integrated brand ‘Coway', we are accelerating our overseas business through active cooperation for sales with global home appliances manufacturers. Currently, with operations in the US, Malaysia, China and Thailand, we are developing products and services and implementing marketing strategies to meet the local needs, thereby achieving a sustainable growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Mengembangkan strategi penjualan yang efektif untuk mencapai target penjualan perusahaan.
• Mengelola tim penjualan, termasuk merekrut, melatih, dan memotivasi anggota tim.
• Membangun dan menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan mitra bisnis.
• Mengidentifikasi peluang baru dalam pasar dan mengembangkan strategi untuk memasuki segmen pasar tersebut.
• Mengawasi dan melaporkan perkembangan penjualan secara teratur kepada manajemen perusahaan.
คุณสมบัติ
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang penjualan, dengan setidaknya 2 tahun di posisi supervisor/manajerial.
• Memiliki jaringan yang luas, apabila ada pengalaman di bidang penjualan produk Water purifier ataupun pengalaman di bidang Asuransi kesehatan akan lebih di prioritaskan.
• Tersedia jam fleksibel.
• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini.
• Pelamar harus memiliki KTP.
• Tanggal mulai kerja: 01 October 2024.
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per bulan.
