The External Communications Lead is a professional who integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area, contributing to standards and requiring in-depth understanding of integration within the sub-function and overall objectives. This role demands developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence various audiences, alongside good analytical skills to manage complex information.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
• Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of a defined area.
• Assist in executing communications strategies and work with diverse groups to produce various content including written and video content and facilitates an open exchange of ideas and solutions.
• Write and edit communications to deliver consistent messaging.
• Manage and oversee content and distribution of newsletters as necessary.
• Development and implementation of the communications strategy to maintain and strengthen reputation among the key audiences, based on the business and marketing strategy, global and local priorities.
• Promotion of the key advantages of the company, its products and services with external and internal communication instruments among key external audiences and employees.
• Assist the business/function with all information required to strengthen company’s reputation and for implementation of the Public affairs strategy.
• Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• Knowledge of communications and 5-8 years of experience.
• Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives.
• Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude.
• A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate.
