The Engineering Manager will lead a diverse team and oversee various engineering functions, ensuring effective management and execution of projects and maintenance.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead and evaluate a team consisting of ME, Plumbing, HVAC, and Civil staff
• Prepare and monitor annual and monthly budgeting
• Prepare, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance
• Able to manage all work within the scope of the Engineering Department and think tactically in responding to existing problems

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• Proven 4 years of experience as Engineering Manager (Building), having experience in shopping Malls is a plus
• Mastering preventive and maintenance in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Civil
• Proficiency in leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent conflict management skills
• Willing to be placed at Mal Ciputra Tangerang
