Supervisor Store position requires a minimum of D3/S1 education in any field, at least 5 years of experience in Retail, and proficiency in inventory management, sales orientation, report making, scheduling, evaluation, job desk shifting, understanding Chateraise standards, store monitoring, training, and handling customer complaints. Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage day to day Daily report Sales
• Ensure all Stores provide good internal and external service.
• Identify customer needs and proactively respond to them.
• Lead, recruit, train, and evaluate talented personnel.
• Set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Provide two-way communication and cooperation.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any field
• At least 5 years of experience in Retail
