The Captain Store position requires a minimum of high school education, 1 year of experience in F&B and Retail, and proficiency in inventory management, report making, computer usage, adaptability, teamwork, high initiative, and good communication skills. The position is based in the Jabodetabek, Bandung, Karawang, Serang area.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure that staff under them carry out operations according to standards
• Embrace and manage their staff
• Ensure all teams provide good customer service
• Identify customer needs and proactively respond to them
• Able to delegate tasks from superiors
• Evaluate staff on store standards
• Build good cooperation with every department
• Ensure staff upsell products to customers

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in F&B and Retail
• Proficient in inventory management, report making, and computer usage
• Quick to adapt, interactive, able to work in a team, high initiative, and good communication skills
• Based in the Jabodetabek, Bandung, Karawang, Serang area
