The Organization Development Specialist is responsible for enhancing the organization's talent management and development processes, ensuring a strong pipeline of capable leaders and supporting employees in their career growth.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assist in identifying high-potential employees and assessing talent needs across the organization.
• Support the development and implementation of succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders and key talent.
• Support the administration of performance appraisal processes, including setting up timelines, coordinating feedback sessions, and managing documentation.
• Assist employees and managers in creating Individual Development Plans that align with career aspirations and organizational goals.
• Monitor the progress of IDPs and provide support to ensure that development goals are met.
• Offer guidance and resources to employees for effective execution of their IDPs, including training, mentoring, and coaching.
• Support the change management strategies for organizational changes, such as restructures, Job Description, policy updates, or new processes.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree from any relevant degree, preferably Psychology or HR Management.
• Have 1-2 years experience in organization development & talent management.
• Familiar with Balance Score Card (BSC).
• Able to write and speak in English.
