The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading a team, managing business operations, and ensuring sales targets are met. They must have strong leadership qualities, be honest and responsible, and have expertise in the designated area (Yogya/Solo/Magelang/Purwokerto). Additionally, they should be experienced in FMCG, proficient in Microsoft Office, possess good communication and presentation skills, and be able to implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Minimum D3 education
• Strong leadership qualities, honesty, and responsibility
• Expertise in the designated area (Yogya/Solo/Magelang/Purwokerto)
• Experienced in FMCG for at least 2 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to implement strategies to achieve sales targets
