The Associate Delivery Manager assists the Delivery Manager in overseeing multiple projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and monitoring project progress.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Assisting Delivery Manager to oversee multiple projects.
• Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements and timeline.
• Monitoring each project's progress, and help to mitigate potential delays by identify project progress daily.
• Assisting / Conducting weekly meetings with wider stakeholders regarding project status.
• Helping to create documents related with projects.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Has 1-2 year(s) of working experience as Delivery Manager.
• Accustomed to making timelines.
• Familiar with presentations for small to big audience and reporting.
• Has knowledge for Jira and / or other project management tools is a plus.
• Has knowledge in Data related fields and tools is a plus.
