The Accounting System & Procedure Junior Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing accounting standards and regulatory requirements, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the adequacy of the accounting information system in alignment with the bank's policies.
• Reviewing and analyzing Accounting Standards and Regulatory requirements applicable in order to design, formulate and align the Bank's Accounting Policies.
• Analyzing and reviewing GL (General Ledger) enhancement and development for products and services that need to be done due to adjustment on system or Accounting Policies.
• Coordination with respective department such as: Marketing, Treasury, Risk Management, Loan, Information Technology, etc. In order to support the implementation of new products, update on new banking core system.
• Designing an Accounting Information System of each new product and activity for the application system developed in accordance with the Bank's Accounting Policies and business unit requirements.
• Ensuring the Accounting Information System remains adequate if there are changes to the application system or changes to new product and activity provisions.
• Advisory for finance related with all Accounting and Financial Issues and provide solution in accordance with PSAK.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Financial Accounting in Banking/ Accounting Firms/ Other related Industry.
• Have good knowledge of applicable accounting standards dan banking practices in Indonesia, especially in loan transaction, Treasury, Trade Finance.
• Have the ability to analyze data in finance or accounting.
• Have Experience in Banking (Credit admin/ Treasury Settlement/ Trade finance) is a plus.
