PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking a Senior Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations while providing expert guidance and maintaining data protection policies.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure the organization's ongoing compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
• Develop, maintain and update the company's data protection policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of data protection laws.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify risks in processing activities.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that privacy-by-design principles are embedded into new projects and processes.
• Regularly audit data protection practices to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
• Other assignment assigned by direct supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection, legal field or related unit.
• Deep understanding of data protection regulations, implementation and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• This position is part of our legal team.
