Responsible for acquiring new customers, retention and maintaining existing customers, conducting product cross-selling between individual or corporate customer segments to increase the number of customers while ensuring customer quality and providing services according to Bank standards.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Acquire new customers, build good relationships with customers, build customer trust by identifying customer needs and provide suggestions, solutions to the customer needs.
• Perform the function as a Liquidity balancer against LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio).
• Identify and prevent the occurrence of operation loss, potential fraud and ensure that achieving satisfactory results of the Internal Audit assessment, as well as fulfilling the KYC process Customer.
• Ensure that customer complaints and fulfill customer needs consistently take into account the applicable provisions.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in banking industry and 1-2 years as Funding Business Sales with good performance

• Understand KYC provisions
• Understand and implement Service Excellence and Customer Journey
