As the leading bank in Asia, DBS Consumer Banking Group is in a unique position to help our customers realise their dreams and ambitions. This role focuses on project and data optimization to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for A&P dashboard and budget tracking for segmentation (TR, TPC, and digi).
• Responsible for budget monitoring per program and branches.
• To initiate and manage the projects that support segmentation strategies, including new and enhancement system for automations, including CBG BA, CMCP, Client Connect.
• Provide initiative for process simplification and/or automation to increase efficiency & productivity and also cost saving.
• Responsible for cashback process including calculation, cost tracking, tax calculation.
• Create and monitor Dashboard / Control Tower and data mining from Privileges user.
• Design seamless process oriented in customer experience and creating smooth process alignment internally including system enhancement.
• Liaise with respective units in handling customer’s complaint by identifying the problem/issue and the rectification action plan on the issue.
• Manage project and communication related with staff such as financial literature series by regional team, staff expo, staff programs, induction, staff brand ambassador.
• Responsible for communication in relation to new initiative, new regulation, new process, new fees and charges, etc in all channels such as e-DM/SMS/PN/Pweb.
• Administer segmentation project, process, and loyalty intranet and Treasures/TPC Pweb to ensure the information always keep updated.
• Elevate privileges to be competitive in the market.
• Promote or create something new for SG Marketplace to the customer DSBI (Health Screening/Leisure/Education).
• Collaborate DBSI with partners in to increase branding and awareness.

• Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• Good in English (oral & written).
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Detail, highly motivated, and self- driven person with pleasant interpersonal and good communication skills.
• Able to making decision and work without close supervision.
• Have an understanding in banking products.
• Organized and have good time management.
