The Tech Recruiter position requires a professional with experience in tech hiring to manage the recruitment process effectively.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 2 years proven work experience in tech hiring (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Willing to do WFO from Jakarta Office
• Proficiency in English
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing & phone interviewing)
• Familiar with high Target and fast pace environment
