The System Analyst is responsible for identifying system improvements, documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective system design and implementation.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Identify areas for system improvement or development.
• Document system requirements (FSD - Functional Specifications Document).
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
• Create data flow diagrams and entity-relationship diagrams.
• Work with developers to ensure technical feasibility of requirements.
• Design and execute test plans for developed applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot system defects.
• Assist with system implementation and user training.
• Track and resolve system issues reported by users.
• Recommend system enhancements and modifications.
• Maintain system documentation.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in related positions for 3 years.
• Experience in systems analysis and design methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficient in SQL queries and data analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
